The list of Emancipation Documents that we will complete and assist you with are listed below.
TIME TO COMPLETE: Kindly note it takes between 3 to 5 working days from date of payment and information received.
Once we have completed your Emancipation Documents, we will need at least 20 minutes of your time for signing and posting purposes.

Print 2 sets of Emancipation Documents. One set is your original, you will use the 2nd set to sign, autograph and to have certified.

The "Date "and "Post Office Tracking Numbers" you will write in blue. The "Date" will be the date that you post the Emancipation Documents.
SAPS Commissioner of Oath:
You now have a completed, signed, autographed and certified Emancipation document.
POST THROUGH THE POST OFFICE - NOT POSTNET
Keep your original plus one certified set clean and safe.
EMAIL YOUR EMANCIPATION DOCUMENTS VIA REGISTERED EMAIL SERVICES TO: The Master of the High Court in your area, to Treasury, to the Commissioner of SARS, The President of the Republic of South Africa, and the Minister of Transport in the Republic of South Africa.
